Magpie Lark dive-bombs unsuspecting Kookaburra

Yesterday, May 7th 2012, it dawned on me that I had never seen a Kookaburra in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, where I have lived for the past twelve years. This morning, three Laughing Kookaburras were sitting on the electricity lines on my street! Ravens, Magpies and Magpie Larks were as surprised as me and were going off! Dive-bombing, putting out alarm calls, and generally making it clear that they were NOT happy! I was able to catch the following on my camera.... cool stuff! Enjoy!
